Returns Policy

We want you to love your RecCart. If there's an issue, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if the cart is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used carts
  • Battery-damaged carts
  • Custom-modified carts
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Refund Process

Once returned and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If the cart arrives faulty or experiences problems within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.

5. Warranty Claims

The 12-month warranty covers:

  • Motor failure
  • Battery defects
  • Structural/frame issues

Not covered:

  • Water damage
  • Sand intrusion into motor compartments
  • Improper charging
  • Overloading beyond 150kg
  • Accidents, drops, or misuse
