1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Time

Typical delivery time:

• Australia: 3–10 business days
• International (if enabled): 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or location.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Certain large items may require freight shipping and additional handling charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos immediately
2. Email us within 48 hours at sales@reccarts.com.au
3. We will arrange a replacement or claim with the courier

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Contact us immediately, and we will attempt to update it before fulfilment.
